This is "Zapateado para Bailar" from Juan Martin's 1979 Method "El Arte Flamenco De La Guitarra". Zapateado means tapping with the shoe... or simply footwork, referring mainly to the loud sound of the heel.
The Para Bailar bit means for dancing. This dance (and music) is in 2 beats with heavy emphasis on the second beat. In this video, I play this twice. Once at normal speed and again slowly. The complete sheet music (including tab) is in the book).
